Caleb Sankey – Drum Lessons

Caleb Sankey is a drummer with 15 years of playing experience. He started drumming in high school at the age of 15, inspired by rock bands such as The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Who and Black Sabbath, developing a passion for the instrument that persists to this day. 

He went on to study a Bachelor of Music Performance at Box Hill Institute where he was trained in many different genres such as Jazz under some of Melbourne’s finest drummers, including Tony Floyd, Dave Beck and Robi Parolin before graduating in 2018. Since then, he has also become a highly experienced drum teacher as well as performer, teaching at various different music schools, teaching for both leisure and for exams, as well as playing in many different bands. 

Caleb believes that everyone’s musical journey is unique and different, therefore teaching approaches need to be as well. No matter where you are on your journey, Caleb can meet you there and help guide you towards your goals and help your drumming reach the next level.
