Greg is a diverse musician who’s passion for playing music began as a young child. He began learning the piano at the age of 7 before starting on the drums at 11. Greg has continued to pursue his love for drums and songwriting ever since. He played in bands throughout High School, then attended NMIT in Collingwood furthering his studies in Performance and composition. Greg has toured Internationally and Nationally, has performed with a number of bands and artists playing festivals, plays corporate events, night clubs, pubs, cruise ships, supports, and currently performs in both covers and original bands. He has recorded on many albums and has composed and written songs for various artists. Greg is often called upon as a fill in and adapts easily into variety of genres. He has many years of teaching experience with vast musical knowledge of many styles. He uses a variety of industry standard books as well as text he writes himself. Greg also prepares students for ANZCA, AMEB, AMEB Rockschool exams and VCE. Greg caters each lesson to suit the individuals level, creating an enjoyable approach to learning for all ages while still making lessons fun productive and educational. He has taught at a number of music schools as well as privately from beginners to advanced. Greg is also a proud endorsee of DW Drums, Evans Heads and Promark sticks Greg also chooses Zildjian cymbals and Roland electronics.
